Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist in Madison, Wisconsin, to provide expert cardiovascular care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a Cath Lab setting, CVIS training or RCIS, BLS/ACLS certifications, and pass a telemetry test before starting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of work experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
• CVIS training or RCIS certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) are required.
• Telemetry test must be completed prior to starting the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Catheterization Laboratory.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition during procedures.
• Operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment.
• Assist with medication administration as directed by the medical team.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and care.
