Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Seaford, Delaware. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and ensuring patient safety in a busy cath lab environment.

The position requires one year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications, with opportunities for licensure reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, balloons and stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitors.
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Maintain documentation, equipment logs and inventory; ensure infection control.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned.
