Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a contract assignment in Seaford, Delaware. The role involves supporting the cardiac catheterization lab with direct patient care and procedural assistance in a dynamic travel position.

The ideal candidate has two years of Cath Lab experience, a current license in good standing, and relevant certifications. Travel benefits, housing options, and comprehensive credentialing support are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Current license in good standing to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials for Cath Lab work.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, safe, competent and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assists in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains patient care quality through communication with patients, families and physicians and teamwork.
• Operates ancillary equipment and assists cardiologist during procedures by obtaining catheters, wires and other inventory as ordered.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted guidelines.
