Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment in Stockton, CA. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and ensuring patient safety in a fast-paced cath lab.

The candidate will scrub in, pass catheters and wires, operate imaging and monitoring systems, and maintain documentation and compliance with radiation safety protocols.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications are required.
• Preferred radiology license and additional cardiology certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures and operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.
