Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a travel assignment in Towson, Maryland. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Cath Lab scrub experience and holds RCIS or ARRT-R certification, with BLS/ACLS credentials.

Position includes 4x10-hr day shifts, 40 hours per week, plus on-call and weekend coverage. This role operates in a 2-Cath Lab/1-Hybrid OR setting with complex cardiac cases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Cath Lab/Interventional scrubbing experience.
• RCIS and/or ARRT-R certification required.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) required.
• GE charting system experience preferred.
• RN candidates with cath/interventional scrub experience may be considered.
• License as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Room circulating and scrubbing to maintain sterile field.
• EKG lead placement and access site prep; equipment setup.
• Hemodynamic monitoring and arrhythmia recognition.
• Assist with diagnostic/interventional cath procedures.
• Floating within scope; on-call and weekend coverage.
