Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 16-week assignment in Snellville, GA. Start ASAP with 40 hours/week, days shift, and comprehensive benefits. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced lab.

The role requires 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience, current BLS/ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification. Travel position with competitive pay and dedicated clinical team support.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup, ensuring adherence to infection control and procedural protocols
• Perform sheath removal and hemostasis using manual compression or closure devices as directed
• Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs

Skills

Education

Radiologic Technologist license

PALS or ENPC certifications
