Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role involves preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and maintaining imaging and monitoring equipment in a busy cath lab environment.

The position requires 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES credentials. Travel assignments include comprehensive benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year recent Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing instruments and monitoring equipment.
• Operate and maintain imaging and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field setup according to protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient data and procedure details.
• Support inventory management and sterile supplies.
