Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Kerrville, Texas. The role requires specialized cath lab skills, BLS/ACLS and ARRT(R)/RCIS certifications where applicable, and 1 year of cath lab experience. Travel positions offer weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Responsibilities include scrubbing, assisting the physician, room prep, equipment setup, data collection, hemodynamic monitoring, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS; ARRT (R) or RCIS preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for state licensure where required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and scrub in per procedure.
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in during procedures and assist the physician with catheter maneuvering.
• Prepare rooms and ensure stock, sterilization, and equipment readiness.
• Operate and monitor hemodynamic and imaging equipment.
• Document data and assist in patient care during procedures.
• Assist in life-saving measures as needed.
• Maintain safety and sterile technique throughout cases.
