Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Weatherford, Texas. The role requires current licensure and appropriate Cath Lab certifications, with preference for 2 years of Cath Lab experience, ideally in a critical care setting.

The contract covers 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with travel reimbursement and housing options provided through the agency.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting

Responsibilities

• Assist in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) as part of the cath lab team.
• Provide direct, safe, competent patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain communication with patients, families and physicians to address needs.
• Operate ancillary equipment and assist with inventory and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines; deliver quality patient care.
• Promote a safe, patient-focused work environment and process patient records accurately.
