Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a Bloomington, IL assignment. The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, ARRT (R) certification with BLS/ACLS, and state licensing as needed. Scrubbing, monitoring, and data collection responsibilities are included.

The position offers 36 hours per week over 9-hour days, with a 13-week duration and travel benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• Certifications ARRT (R), BLS, ACLS; RCIS preferred or CCI-RCIS where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cath Lab rooms, ensure stock and sterility for procedures.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac procedures.
• Operate and guarantee quality control of lab equipment.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physician with catheters.
• Record hemodynamic data and monitor patient status.
• Assist in CPR and life-saving measures when needed.
