Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health is seeking a part-time Cath Lab Technologist for placements at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, GA. The role supports floating to locations within the health system, offering premium pay and broad travel opportunities.

Responsibilities include functioning across locations, applying professional standards, and collaborating with teams to improve outcomes while maintaining flexibility and adapting to new responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months' experience as a Cath Lab Technologist required.
• BLS, ACLS, AART, RCIS, RCES certifications listed in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and multiple locations as needed.
• Adhere to and apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within the scope of knowledge and experience in the Cath Lab.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement outcomes.
• Remain flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities and adapt to change.
• Respect and manage competing priorities while embracing diversity.

What you will do

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently & appropriately within scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
