Job summary

FirstChoice by Trinity Health is seeking a part-time Surgical Technologist for mobile staffing assignments. The role involves floating across hospital locations and regions, with flexible scheduling and premium compensation.

Qualifications

Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor's degree program for Surgical Technologist.
CST certification preferred.
Minimum 18 months experience is required for CST.
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, five years' work experience is required.
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
Ability to complete the orientation and training with schedule options.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Education: Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor's degree program for Surgical Technologist.
Preferred Certification: CST
A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military - Five (5) years' work experience is required

Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $53.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
