Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fredericksburg, VA. This role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has one year of Cath Lab experience, active BLS/ACLS and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications. Travel requires travel-friendly licensure and applicable state credentials. Join a dedicated clinical team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

One year recent experience as Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
Preferred: Radiologic Technologist license.
Preferred: PALS or ENPC certifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents and operating fluoroscopy.
Operate imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
Scrub in and maintain sterile field; follow infection control protocols.
Document patient records and equipment logs accurately.
Assist with inventory management and supplies storage.
Adhere to radiation safety and hospital policies.
