Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Falls Church, VA. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac cath lab and work with a dedicated clinical team.

The role requires recent Cath Lab experience, current certifications (BLS, ACLS, ARRT/RCIS/RCES) and a commitment to patient safety. Travel allied health professionals receive competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCIS, or RCES certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Pass catheters, wires, balloons and stents; operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain sterile technique.
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup.
• Maintain documentation, equipment logs and inventory.
• Adhere to radiation safety and hospital policies.
