Job summary

The Cath Lab Technologist plays a crucial role in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the Erie's cardiac catheterization lab. You will prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamic data, assist physicians, and ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.

You will operate specialized imaging equipment and maintain sterile technique while collaborating with a clinical team. This 13-week travel assignment requires at least one year of Cath Lab experience, current

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT/RCIS/RCES as applicable.
• Preferred radiologic technologist license and PALS/ENPC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Pass catheters, wires, and devices; operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Maintain imaging equipment, documentation, and sterile technique.
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and hospital policies.
