Job summary

Vibra Travels LLC is seeking a Cath Lab Tech/Interventional Radiology Tech to join our traveling healthcare team. Dependable, detail-focused candidates with hospital experience and a willingness to travel nationwide are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will hold ARRT, CRT, and state radiology licensure, along with applicable fluoroscopy credentials and the ability to scrub cardiac cath procedures. Travel assignments across the country are available with competitive pay and stipends.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT required.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Radiology Tech in the state of employment required.
• Two (2) years of recent experience required.
• State Fluoroscopy license required where applicable.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using public transportation.
• Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures with attention to safety and radiation protection.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures by providing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under physician direction.
• Evaluate images for quality and ensure archiving in PACS.
• Monitor patients during procedures and report any adverse events to the physician.
