Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist in Conroe, TX for a 13-week assignment, 40 hours weekly, with 8-hour day shifts. The role involves scrubbing, assisting physicians, and managing equipment in the cardiac cath lab. Cardiac procedures, monitoring, and data collection are core duties.

Cardiac imaging support and patient care are required. Applicants must have ARRT (R), BLS, ACLS, and ideally CI‑RCIS or RCIS certification, along with state licensure where required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of travel Cath Lab experience is required.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT(R) or CCI-RCIS certification preferred.
• State licensing may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms with stock and sterilization.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures and setup.
• Operate and ensure QC of all Cath Lab equipment.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist the physician.
• Record hemodynamic and imaging data during procedures.
• Monitor patient hemodynamics throughout the case.
• Participate in life-saving measures and CPR when needed.
