Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Dublin, GA. This travel role offers 40 hours per week with 10‑hour days and includes hospital exposure in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Responsibilities include scrubbing, assisting physicians, and maintaining hemodynamic data, with required ARRT, BLS, ACLS, and state licensing. Prior cath lab experience of 1 year is required; CCI/RCIS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Cath Lab required.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) -CI preferred or CCI‑RCIS certification, and state licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms with stock and sterilization as applicable.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures by draping and setting up instruments and catheters.
• Operate and ensure quality control of all equipment in the cardiac cath lab.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist the physician with catheter maneuvers.
• Obtain and record hemodynamic and angiographic data using fluoroscopic equipment.
• Monitor the patient’s hemodynamic status during procedures.
• Assist in life-saving measures such as defibrillation and CPR.
