Job summary

The Cath Lab Technologist travel assignment in Sayre, PA, offers an opportunity to work with Fusion Medical Staffing on a 13-week engagement. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced lab, ensuring patient safety, proper imaging, and sterile technique throughout each case.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications; preferred licensure in radiologic technology and PALS/ENPC may be required

Qualifications

One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
Assist physicians during procedures by handling catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment and monitoring systems.
Scrub in and maintain sterile field setup according to protocols.
Maintain documentation including patient records and equipment logs.
Support inventory management and ensure proper storage of supplies.
