Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Mount Vernon, Washington. The role involves scrubbing, assisting physicians, and monitoring hemodynamics in the cath lab, with 10-hour days on a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Requirements include ARRT BLS/ACLS and state licensing as applicable; 1 year of cath lab experience is preferred. This travel position offers weekly pay and benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required in cath lab or related interventional procedures.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT(R) or CCI-RCIS certification preferred; state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab rooms and ensure stock and sterilization.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cath lab procedures and calibrate equipment.
• Operate and QC all cath lab equipment and scrub in for procedures.
• Assist physician during catheterization and interventional steps.
• Record hemodynamic data and monitor patient status during procedures.
• Perform life-saving measures including defibrillation and CPR when needed.
