Job summary

Nightingale Nurses - Allied seeks a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 14-week assignment in Lexington, Kentucky. The role requires ARRT/RT or RTRCI, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and KY license readiness, with on-site duties in a busy cath lab.

Schedule is 4x10s (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) with on-call obligations including evenings, overnights, and some weekend coverage. Prior UK staff disclosure and float within hospital may apply.

Qualifications

• ARRT/RT or RTRCI certification required.
• KY radiation license must be active before start.
• BLS and ACLS are required.
• NIHSS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with cath lab procedures and equipment.
• Ability to adhere to travel assignment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac cath lab procedures including PCI/PTCA.
• Maintain hemodynamic monitoring and patient safety.
• Respond to on-call and overnight call obligations.
• Assist with TAVR, Watchman, and pacemaker cases.
• Fulfill Epic and McKesson documentation.
• Comply with licensure and facility policies.
