Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab Tech for a 12-week assignment in Macon, GA. You will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, and maintain sterile technique.

The role requires one year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certification, with preferred state Radiologic Technologist license. PALS/ENPC may be required. Join a dedicated clinical team with travel support and competitive pay.

Qualifications

One year of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
Preferred: Radiologic Technologist license in state regulations.
PALS or ENPC certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operate fluoroscopy equipment.
Maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup following infection control protocols.
Record patient data, imaging and equipment logs accurately.
