Qualifications

• ARRT with CA license or RCIS certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Cath Lab experience required.
• Experience scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures.
• Experience with coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemakers, and peripheral aortograms required.
• Skilled in EKG lead placement, vascular access site prep, and sterile field maintenance.
• Experience with angioplasty, stent placement, left and right heart catheterization, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Experience with IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, and temporary pacemaker management.
• Prior travel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Equipment setup and maintenance, inventory and supply stocking, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Additional exposure to TAVR, Watchman, OCT, PA line insertion, and rotablator atherectomy procedures.

Details

• Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab setting
• Day shift, 4x10 hours from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Call requirement of 8-12 call shifts per month plus one weekend of call per month
• Uses fluoroscopy equipment and PACS system

• Responsibilities include equipment setup and maintenance, inventory and supply stocking, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias

• Local candidates accepted at local rate within a 50-mile radius
• Returning staff must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract with only 1 holiday approved per contract
• Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
