Prime Staffing seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Port St Lucie, FL. 8-hour days (4x10s), 36–40 hours weekly; requires Cardiac Cath/Lab experience with interventional modalities. Must have certifications (ACLS/BLS) and RCIS/RCVT preferred.

Local travel to three hospitals within ~20 miles may occur. Position emphasizes patient safety, attire compliance, and strong teamwork in a Magnet/acute care setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cath lab experience; 18 months preferred.
• RCVT preferred; RCIS also preferred; ACLS/BLS required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulator duties for cath lab procedures.
• Prepare and set up equipment; ensure patient safety.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and assist with PCI/PTCA and left heart catheterization.
• IABP placement/removal support and post-procedure care.
