Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, patient preparation, monitoring, and collaboration with physicians to ensure patient safety.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of Cath Lab experience and current BLS/ACLS, with ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification preferred. Travel benefits and full clinical support are included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCIS, or RCES certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents and operating fluoroscopy equipment.
• Operate imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field setup according to infection control protocols.
• Maintain documentation for patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
