Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Sayre, PA. The role involves preparing patients for cardiovascular procedures, assisting physicians with catheterization and interventional work, and operating specialized imaging equipment while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Cath Lab experience, current BLS and ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certification.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents
• Operate imaging equipment and monitors, ensure sterile technique and infection control
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup
• Maintain documentation including patient records and equipment logs
• Assist with inventory management and supply stocking
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies
