Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients, and maintaining imaging equipment and sterile technique.

You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care. The position requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Cath Lab Tech experience
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCIS, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents
• Operate imaging equipment and monitoring systems during procedures
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols
• Document patient information, imaging data, and equipment usage
