American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a Cath Lab position in Wisconsin. The role requires hemodynamic monitoring and interventional skills with on-call availability, and involves day shifts with 4x10-hour hours.

Candidates must hold an active WI RN license, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS, and have at least 1 year Cath Lab experience. Epic charting experience is preferred, with travel and latex-allergy considerations noted.

Qualifications

• Active WI or compact RN license (pending accepted at submission, must be obtained during compliance).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (NIHSS may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance).
• Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cath Lab department of an acute care hospital.
• Float to Recovery unit as needed.
• Day shift: 4x10-hour shifts 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• On-call requirement and every 3rd weekend.
• 40 hours per week.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor hemodynamic status and procedural sedation.
• Experience with vascular closure systems, sheath removal, and topical hemostasis agents.
• EP procedures, TEE, valvuloplasty, VAD insertion, and Watchman procedures a plus.
• GI and GU procedures a plus.
• First-time travelers welcome.
• Local candidates accepted.
• Travelers may return after a minimum 1-year separation.
• Travel pairs accepted.
• Latex allergy not accommodated.
