Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Rowlett, TX, requiring 4+ years of experience across Cath, IT, Vascular, and EP cases.

Responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, assisting in invasive cardiovascular procedures, monitoring ECG, and maintaining equipment readiness. Travel assignment with 40 hrs/week; local candidates are not accepted.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Cath Lab experience across Cath, IT, vascular and EP cases.
• Active BLS and ACLS required.
• RCIS or ARRT (R) certification required.
• TX MRT license required; active TX license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in and assist physicians with invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Circulate in procedure rooms and monitor ECG and vital signs.
• Record catheterization data and maintain sterile fields.
• Prepare and transport patients; ensure equipment readiness.
• Adhere to radiation protection regulations and safety protocols.
