Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 7:10 PM.
• On-call responsibilities include call every other weekend and at least 2 days per week.
• Local candidates may be paid travel rate; no radius rule.
• Permanent staff must be separated from the facility for 90 days before traveling again.
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination required; booster not required.
