Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Cardiovascular Technologist (Cath Lab Technologist) for a travel assignment in Mount Vernon, WA. 13-week contract with 4x10-hour shifts (07:30–18:00). Start 09/14/2026. Duties include interventional procedures, fluoroscopy operation, and patient care in a hospital cath lab environment.

The role requires ARRT radiography certification, WA license, and BLS/ACLS. On-call potential and 40 guaranteed hours per week are included in this assignment.

Qualifications

• Current WA Radiology Tech license.
• ARRT certification (Radiography).
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional cardiovascular procedures under supervision in the cath lab.
• Operate fluoroscopy and adjunct equipment; ensure setup and safety.
• Assist the surgical team with patient prep, sterile technique and device handling.
• Monitor patient status; document findings in the EMR.
• Support radiation safety, patient positioning and room turnover.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and technologists for safety and efficiency.
