HealthForce Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist (Cardiovascular) for a travel assignment starting 09/14/2026, lasting 13 weeks. The role focuses on cardiac and vascular radiographic exams and interventional procedures in a hospital setting, with emphasis on patient care and image quality.

You will work a 4x10-hour days schedule, approximately 40 hours per week, with weekly pay between $2,765 and $2,966.

Qualifications

• Experience performing cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations and interventional procedures in a cath lab setting.
• Proficiency with digital imaging equipment and cardiovascular imaging systems.
• Ability to position patients, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork; capability to mentor others.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; licensure and certification requirements as applicable to the role.
• Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with day shifts on a 4x10 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform, assist, and complete cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations.
• Conduct active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using a range of complex equipment.
• Operate imaging systems to produce digital images as ordered by physicians.
• Position and instruct patients for examinations and perform specialized studies with attention to safety and comfort.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care with strong technical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Model, mentor, and train staff on technical skills; contribute input on hiring and promotion decisions when appropriate.
