Qualifications

• Active radiologic technologist license in the state.
• ARRT or state-recognized interventional/cath lab credential.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or higher.
• Relevant experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a hospital cath lab environment and follow radiation safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations in the cath lab.
• Assist and complete interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab.
• Operate imaging equipment and produce digital images as ordered by physicians.
• Position and instruct patients for examinations and support specialized studies.
• Monitor patient condition and maintain sterile technique during procedures.
• Document procedures and communicate findings to the care team.
