HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist – EP Lab Scrub Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Olathe, Kansas. The role centers on EP lab scrub duties within a fast-paced cardiovascular service line, with a 4x10-hour shift pattern and a start date of 11/29/2026.

Formación

• Active ARRT or RCIS or RCES license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of electrophysiology laboratory experience.
• Experience with pacemakers, ablations, Watchman devices, laser lead extractions, and related EP procedures; stimming-related tasks (Bloom) experience is noted.
• EMR experience with EPIC preferred; ability to work in an EP/Cath lab environment and stand for 10‑hour shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the electrophysiology lab scrub tech, assisting during EP procedures such as pacemaker/ICD/lead management, ablations (AFib, AFLUT, WPW, SVT, VT, PVC), Watchman device implants, laser lead extractions, and related EP interventions.
• Maintain sterile technique, prepare the lab, and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for case start; monitor and document procedural details in the EPIC system.
• Support EP lab team (physicians, nurses, technologists) to promote patient safety, efficient workflow, and accurate device management.
• Assist with post-procedure care, room turnover, and equipment decontamination; participate in radiation safety and infection control practices.
• Adapt to the Cath/IR/EP lab environment as needed, assisting with equipment setup and intra‑procedural support as cases require.

Requirements

• Cath/IR and EP experience preferred; RNs with Cath/IR/EP scrub experience may be considered
• New graduates not accepted
• Credentialing requirements: CBC, DS, and lab work must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• EMR experience with EPIC preferred; ability to work in an EP/Cath lab environment and stand for 10‑hour shifts
