Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Stepdown Cardiac Registered Nurse position in Cookeville, TN. The role requires a TN or compact license and at least two years of RN experience in stepdown or similar settings. Cardiac telemetry and complex patient care are central to daily duties.

Weekly pay ranges from $2,215 to $2,375, with a 13-week assignment. Schedule includes 3 x 12-hour days (07:00–19:00) or alt schedule 4 days. Start date 10/26/2026; Paragon charting system used.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RN experience.
• TN license or Compact license required.
• NIHSS, ACLS and BLS certifications.
