Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse in Cookeville, TN. This 13-week assignment runs nights with a 3, 12-hour schedule (19:00–07:00) or an alternate 4, 12-hour schedule (19:00–07:00). Openings: 1. Start date: 10/26/2026. Paragon charting system used.

224-bed acute care hospital. Compact TN license accepted. Salary is weekly and ranges from $2,215 to $2,375. Benefits include premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance from day one, plus a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years in stepdown/telemetry or acute care nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in stepdown neuro unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
