Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Step-Down (Telemetry) position in Asheville, North Carolina. Requires NC or compact RN license and recent telemetry/cardiac step-down experience.

This travel assignment offers a 13-week contract with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour night shifts. Responsibilities include caring for patients needing advanced cardiac monitoring in a hospital setting, collaborating with a cardiac care team, and fulfilling per-diem and licensure

Qualifications

• Active NC or compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year telemetry or cardiac step-down experience
• AHA/ARC BLS certification with current validity
• No 90+ day gaps in work history in past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number and DOB required

Responsibilities

• In Cardiac Step-Down unit with telemetry and cardiac monitoring needs
• Night shifts 12 hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for patients requiring advanced cardiac monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary cardiac care team
