Job summary

Heartbeat Health is seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our clinical services team. You will provide on-site transthoracic echocardiograms for our clients, supporting our virtual-first cardiovascular care model.

This 1099 contractor role requires travel to multiple locations each week, independence in performing exams, adherence to protocols, and strong English communication and patient care. ARDMS or CCI registration, a 2-year ultrasound degree, and 2 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI required).
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
• Accredited 2-year degree (Allied Health/Nursing, or comparable recognized and accredited program in Ultrasound Technology).
• Proficient in English; strong customer service and bedside manner.
• Ability to complete patient exams independently with little direction.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations for onsite ultrasounds.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms.
• Perform exams in an efficient and timely manner.
• Follow standard protocols to ensure accurate and complete studies.
• Attend monthly team meetings and occasional educational sessions.
• Travel to multiple locations throughout the week to perform ultrasounds onsite.
