Job summary

Heartbeat Health is seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to provide on-site transthoracic echocardiograms in a fast-paced clinical services team. This 1099 contractor role requires travel to multiple locations weekly and collaboration with our client partners in a largely virtual-first cardiovascular care delivery model.

Ideal candidates have ARDMS or CCI certification, a two-year accredited ultrasound degree, and at least two years of hands-on echocardiography experience.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification required (or pursuing)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in echocardiography
• On-site travel to multiple locations throughout the week
• Proficient in English and able to communicate with patients and team members

Responsibilities

• Independently perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms
• Perform exams in an efficient and timely manner
• Follow standard protocols to ensure accurate and complete studies
• Attend monthly team meetings and occasional educational sessions
• Travel to multiple locations throughout the week to perform ultrasounds on-site
