Wellspring Nurse Source seeks a travel Echo Technologist for a 26-week assignment in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. The Cardiac Sonographer will perform comprehensive echocardiography including 2D/3D imaging, Doppler and stress studies, collaborating with cardiologists to assess cardiac conditions.

Requirements include RDCS or RCS, 1 year experience, ARD/ASEPTIC technique, EMR proficiency, IV insertion, and BLS certification. Travel role with 40 hours/week, day shifts, no weekend/on-call obligations.

Formación

• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS) is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Cardiac Sonographer is required.
• Flexibility to work at various Heart and Vascular Institute locations as needed.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and EKG rhythms is required.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is required.
• Proficiency in IV insertion for ultrasound imaging enhancement agents and bubble studies is required.
• Graduate from an accredited echocardiography program (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree) is required.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform m-mode, 2D, 3D, spectral Doppler, color Doppler, and tissue Doppler imaging.
• Execute strain imaging and bubble studies, and contrast-enhanced transthoracic echocardiograms.
• Perform exercise and pharmacology stress echocardiograms.
• Support cardiologists during 2D and 3D transesophageal echocardiograms.
