Job summary

TMS is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Granbury, TX. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures, operate X-ray equipment, and work in a high-acuity environment alongside cardiologists and nurses.

Requirements include ARRT or RCIS, Texas Radiology Technologist license, BLS and ACLS, at least 2 years Cath Lab experience, and the ability to perform X-ray independently.

Qualifications

• Cath Lab experience required.
• X-ray proficiency required.
• Active ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Texas Radiology Technologist License is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience.
• Must be able to perform X-ray independently.
• Titers must be in hand before submittal.
• Travel distance: reside 50+ miles from the facility.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Setting: Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Operate X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment during procedures
• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency cases
• Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, nurses, and other team members
