Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist in Pittsburgh, PA. The position entails cardiac cath lab duties, patient monitoring, and collaboration with interventional cardiologists. The role includes daytime shifts, on‑call coverage, and a 13‑week assignment with 40 hours per week.

Requirements include completion of an accredited program, ARRT or RCIS certification, and two years of experience. On-site work with travel benefits and competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited technical program.
• Certification as an ARRT or RCIS technologist.
• Two years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with right-heart monitoring and myocardial biopsies.
• Assist with left-heart catheterizations and interventional procedures.
• Operate fluoroscopy, monitoring, defibrillation, and interventional equipment.
• Prepare procedure rooms, trays and patients; maintain sterile technique.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately; communicate vitals to physician and team; transport patients.
• Support research-related information gathering and respond to emergent on-call requests within 30 minutes.
