Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced allied health professional for a travel assignment in Illinois. This role involves supporting cardiology procedures in the Cath Lab, with responsibilities including hemodynamic monitoring, operating imaging equipment, and patient education.

Candidates must have a radiology license and be willing to travel between sites within the Greater Peoria area. Shifts are day-time and may require weekend/holiday rotation; flu vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed technologist with active radiology license.
• Associates degree or radiology certificate.
• Willingness to travel and float to multiple units/locations.
• Flu vaccination required for submission.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac, vascular, and electrophysiologic procedures.
• Perform technical hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation.
• Set up and operate a variety of imaging equipment.
• Educate patients during procedures to alleviate anxiety and ensure focused patient care.
• Interprets EKG and alerts physician to irregular activity.
• Trains and mentors team members.
