Job summary
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a San Marcos, Texas assignment, starting 09/07/2026. The role entails supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and documenting accurately, with equipment prepared for procedures.
The technologist will collaborate with the procedure team to promote patient safety and departmental efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, or related field.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- One of RCIS/RCES/RCS or ARRT/CI/CV/VI/RDMS/RDCS/RVT/OB-GYN RDMS/RDMS credentials is required or preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Ensure sterile technique and proper documentation.
- Prepare and set up equipment for procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the procedure team to promote patient safety and efficiency.
