Qualifications

• Current ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Experience as Cath Lab Tech in hospital or acute care setting.
• Proficient in operating imaging equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of sterile technique and patient safety.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Ability to adapt to new EMR systems and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and comfort throughout procedures.
• Maintain accurate and thorough procedure documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Coordinate patient care and workflow with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary.
