Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Cath Lab Tech for a travel assignment in Jarrell, Texas. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, RCIS or equivalent, and 1+ year Cath Lab experience.

Operate imaging equipment in the cath lab, assist with diagnostic/interventional cardiac procedures, monitor vitals, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians and nurses.

Qualifications

• ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent certification required
• Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols and sterile technique
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment in the cardiac catheterization lab
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA and clinical standards
• Uphold infection control and quality assurance protocols
