Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Cath Lab Tech in Brockton, MA to work in a leading healthcare setting. You will operate imaging and monitoring equipment during cardiac catheterization, support the cardiology team, and ensure safety and documentation accuracy throughout procedures.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT/RCIS where required, current BLS/ACLS, and have a background in radiologic or cardiovascular technology with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program.
• Valid ARRT (R) or RCIS certification (if required by the state).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech preferred.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging and monitoring equipment with precision during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist the cardiologist and medical team with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage all necessary supplies and documentation before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
