Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Brockton, MA. The role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepares patients and equipment, and monitors hemodynamic data.

Requirements include 1 year Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications; licensure is preferred. Travel pay and comprehensive benefits are provided to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field setup according to protocols.
• Perform sheath removal and hemostasis as directed.
• Maintain patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of sterile instruments.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and dosimetry monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties within the scope of practice.
