Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Thornton, Colorado. The role requires 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and includes 13-week assignments with 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities involve assisting during angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology, with EKG monitoring and device implant support. The team works in a cardiovascular surgical environment, demanding the ability to manage stress and lift up

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Travel assignment in Thornton, CO.
• Cath Lab RN responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology.
• Maintain and monitor EKG equipment and supplies.
• Support during cardiac procedures and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a cardiovascular surgical environment.
