Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Browns Mills, New Jersey. This 13-week assignment requires 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule, plus on-call availability.

The successful candidate will assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac/endovascular procedures and must have 1–3 years of Critical Care or Cath Lab experience, NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, and EKG interpretation skills. CCRN/RCIS preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• EKG interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and staff in diagnostic and interventional cardiac/endovascular procedures.
• Prepare and educate patients undergoing procedures and monitor during recovery.
• Apply knowledge of pathophysiology to ensure patient safety and timely care.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 7:30am - 6pm, varying start times depending on department needs, four 10-hour shifts plus on-call availability.

Job Description

Assist physicians and allied healthcare staff in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac/endovascular procedures. Utilize knowledge of pathophysiology to ensure patients are prepared, educated, and supported during procedures. Critical care experience is essential to recognize and handle emergency situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-3 years of Critical Care experience and/or Cath Lab experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
• EKG interpretation skills
• New Jersey RN license required
• CCRN or RCIS certification preferred
